Rachel Graham was born and raised in Ventura in southern California before she moved to Santa Cruz in 2005 to attend college at UCSC. She loved the area so much, she never left! Santa Cruz felt like home as soon as she moved here, and Rachel wants to help others find their perfect homes here as well. Rachel loves everything this area has to offer, from the coastal beach areas to the redwood mountains.

Rachel is communicative, organized, hardworking, listens to other’s needs and wants, and enjoys building relationships. With a background in teaching, Rachel considers learning a lifelong journey and participates in continuous education and skill development.

Her passion for service, commitment to professionalism, and steadfast drive to make each client’s experience smooth and memorable makes her a reliable source when buying or selling real estate.

In her leisure time, Rachel enjoys going on day trips to nearby destinations with her husband, wine tasting at local wineries, getting lost in a good book, gathering with friends for game nights, walking her bulldog Finnegan along the coast, and snuggling with her tortie cat Ember.
